Generate a Facebook post

Releases use release_state. A release in AWAITING FINAL CONFIRMATION is visible here but does not publish until you type the exact phrase RELEASE FACEBOOK POST.
Platform readiness
Only configured and explicitly enabled platform adapters may publish. Registered future platforms remain unavailable until separately authorized and activated.
